David,What is the ethical thing to do?

It's Real Estate law and written into our ethics to be open and honest.I'm sure everyone can attest that fee's suck but at the end of the day everyone is running a business here and nothing is done for free.

You have to follow the realtor code of ethics but frankly I think anyone trying to do good business should have these standards.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

The Springfield Real Estate Investor's Association (I'm a member) is a great group of people (a mix of highly experienced and newly interested, but all above-board and ethical--the leadership doesn't tolerate shenanigans) and many in there are invested in Branson STRs (many also have STRs in Springfield, which of course caters to an entirely different market, but their perspective has been interesting).

But if you focused on doing things right ethically an the right waay, motivated sellers would bend over backward to reach you.

It’s evident your work ethic and network are on fire.

Its such a good concept, its a shame they choose these business ethics (apparently).

More importantly, insider information is really not legal, so how ethical do you think someone is that is like "hey I got a good tip on XYZ, lets invest and make $".
