They do have a personal guarantee, but do not show up on or impact your personal credit report.I refer to Corporate credit as the vendor trade line credit accounts - where you're setting up Net 30 - Net 60 accounts directly with Vendors like Amazon, Dell, Home Depot, etc.

@Sheri Dell Althought I do plan to "leave it to the pros" I still want an understanding of the numbers.
