I think you need to check the DBA database in you state and the federal one so you are not stepping on anyone's toes, also check for copyrights to that name through the federal government, and lastly, I think that the new marketing for housing with be with words like nysinc....the millennials will love it.

Offer to pay the electric bill for a couple months if you are feeling generous.As you are probably aware, AC on and off for 5 weeks is pretty extreme and I think you should definitely spend some time in the next couple months to beef up your vendor/tradesmen database.

I assumed there were some recorded violations, but the previous owner had removed the placards placed by Code Enforcement, so I was unaware of the severity of the status until last week, when I discovered the placards and an associated court case in the ACCELA database
