One San Leandro landlord is owed $132,000 in back rent and in Oakland you can't discriminate against rental applicants with a criminal back ground (except sex offenders) and several stories of non-paying tenants which took thousands in legal fees to evict in Oakland.

I will do everything in my power as a journalist and woman that believes in Justice to ensure Curbio is exposed for the circus clowns they are.

I know a few other folks that did this and it went very wrong and they got criminally indited and sent to prison..
