(Cash Flow is my goal) Pros/cons, other creative ideas?

Its a creative idea, as an investor - I must be missing something as I see zero benefit for the investor compared to other offerings.  

Currently, this past 2 weeks I've been doing his and Pace's creative fiance series and when I tell you these people are just truly a blessing to the industry it's almost hard to put my gratification into words.

Something super creative and crazy?

When I discover I can't build a house on it, I usually move on to the next deal without thinking about an alternative use but I like your creativity and will start thinking about alternative uses!

These details and the creative aspect of an STR seem like they will be an exciting avenue.
