He has helped many real estate investors and really understands the niches in these areas for real estate investments.

But you have to understand you may get monthly cash in your pocket, but you'll have more problems and little appreciation.

With that being said, we understand that not every deal we put an offer on will get accepted.

Until you have $1 million or more in equity and really understand how to use an LLC, I recommend you just buy an umbrella insurance policy for $1 million.
