I think the next 4 years will be more/less a steady stoking of the fire between the "haves" and "have nots".  

But I am stoked about how much good climbing there is within a 2 hour drive.Dream van is definitely a Sprinter but at the same time I would never drop that much on a van.

So I'm stoked to finally have this one done haha. 

Winters in NY aren't my style... and I've known too many Bills fans (Kidding, they are great people)@Stephen Stokes - I want that to be true, but the properties I'm seeing would require a significant down payment or rehab.

@Michael Stokes. $6 grand installed with removal of the old one. 6 person is generally not necessary even in a large property and takes up a ton of space so it may not fit.
