Hello everyone,I live in Greensboro and I’m trying to decide what is the most financially wise course of action.

Kyle  My father-in-law did this by creating a portfolio that is primarily debt-free single-family rentals in the city he lives in.

She houses a nurse in each home along with adult patients that need living assistance due to mental retardation.

I'm a landlord/realtor living in SC now.

Some require you to live in the property a year before renting. 

Here’s my situation.I currently live in upstate New York but am looking to move to Texas.

Sure, markets change but if you had enough buffer in your initial decision, you should be fine.I live off my LTR's.

It has two units, but the house is only a legal one family, looking to possibly purchase it and live in one of the units and rent out the other, one as a Airbnb or just as a regular rental would need to get some kind of financing to make this purchase by being only a legal one family a conventional mortgage I think would be out of the question.

I am a new member here and currently live in Tucson, AZ.

My brother lives in La Jolla and I know hundreds of investors in coastal Southern Cal.
