Lol if I was selling anything you would know James, or maybe you wouldn't, I'm not sure of your observation skills in the sales field, but I responded to your thread initially, the only response, I clearly am not selling anything.

Keep in mind that they usually have already their network and agents on the field, so be ready that they will ask what you have available.

I'm simply looking for advice from people seasoned in this field and to try to continue gaining as much knowledge as possible.

With switching to an entirely different field, it would probably be a good idea to get a little bit of experience in the day to day operations of property management, as well as familiarizing yourself with some of the Colorado fair housing laws, minimum property requirements, etc.

@John Fields if seller will agree to escrow agreement of 2x the estimated repair costs in escrow and state clearly how you access those funds, that may work if your lender allows.
