I am in Greece for another 30-45 days on vaca but will def hit you up when i am back

am  a property manager on the island of Mykonos in Greece.

Bernanke warned Congress on Wednesday that the United States could soon face a debt crisis like the one in Greece, and declared that the central bank will not help legislators by printing money to pay for the ballooning federal debt.

I have started looking into the buy and hold markets of Troy, Schenectady, and Glens Falls.I recently went to Greece and had such an amazing experience that it completely changed my view on life.  

Thanks @CK Hwang I have been wondering if countries like Greece can return those kind of yields, more on the equities side.

I source investment deals in Cyprus, a Mediterranean island that is very similar to Greece with a booming economy.

This was in 2007 and the country I left was Greece.

Believe it or not, pre-2008-crash, every house in Greece that was sold had cash pass under the table.

Also forgot to mention, I have a vacation condo in greece as well worth $300k give or take and she was open to that property + cash as well bc she actually lives in paris and that would be a very close vacation home for her. 

Just as a heads up, I chatted with him last night and he is flying on Saturday to Greece for about 11 days!
