@Jun Shi , you're in a very gray area given the fact that you informed your tenant of your intention to sell in May (when the old TOPA law was still in effect) but received an offer to purchase after the old law was replaced. 

I know this is a gray area and not all agree on what constitutes an in-law :/ Thank you in advance for wading through all the details and any light you can shed.
