Hello all! I recently bought my first multifamily house and want to continue investing with other strategies. I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out with finding an attorney. Specifically one that works will seller financing and wholesaling. Any insight will be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a great day!

Ryan

@Korey Cournoyer sorry I didn't see this sooner, I missed the notification. I've had great experiences with Adam Rose and Doug Smith. You can find both of their contact information on the RI Bar Association attorney directory.

Adam has made presentations a couple of times over the past few years at the RI Real Estate Investors Group so he's definitely in the trenches with RE transactions and helping new investors.

Adam is in North Providence and Doug is in Providence on the Cranston line and I've used both for years.
