The prisons are letting inmates out, so guess who comes back to my crack shack after getting arrested multiple times?

She is using drugs, has been arrested for it a couple ones the last few weeks, had her car repossessed, and has lied to me repeatedly over the last 2 months about rent and moving out.

If you were very clear on asking if he was arrested and he said no never then I would have a different view. 

I would be leery about giving anyone a card unless you have a track record with them.If it is a flip we are doing the GC work, we have used a CC which we get points (or miles) on . . . just beware of the interest rates many are charging now which is more than what loan sharks were getting arrested for charging a decade ago . . .

If I pull a gun and call the cops and nothing happens, he's arrested and charged with burglary (probably plea-bargained down to trespassing) and I'm good to go from both a protection and legal perspective.

So the question is, what documentation do I need to have in my possession that will allow me to call the police to arrest/remove her if she breaks back in a week or two after being evicted and after I close?

For me it's:-A good work history-They meet or exceed the monthly income and credit requirement-No prior evictions/never sued by a prior landlord-No/minimal criminal record - no drug arrests/no violent crimes.
