I've read some of the responses to this subject and some of you are just ridiculous with this mentality.1) You shouldn't post your property available for rental IF you still have current tenants occupying the property, for this reason alone, it's on you the landlord to ensure the property is available for showing and why would you expect  candidates of future renters will have to endure the inconvenience of you as the landlord not prepared fully to show the property?  

Not a 1 has shown 100% efficacy which is a fancy medical word for "works", that alone clarifies this will endure.   

There are a few ways to find deals but they all require endurance and consistency Talk to any and everyone you know and tell them you are looking for a home to invest in. 

I'm sorry you had to endure any of this in the first place. 

Our mindset was "we'll do this because it is obviously strategic, but we'll have to endure it." 

Frankly, we all deserve a medal for simultaneously enduring a global pandemic and a gruesome presidential election cycle.
