I will admit my experience with containers is fairly jaded and part of that is self inflicted, but I currently have two 20' and one 40' containers sitting in a warehouse partially finished and they have been there for over two years.

As such, I have grown jaded over the years and can tell you that in my personal experience 90% of these tenants don't work out.

Such a jaded view of the profession. :) One way to tell is to actually let every third or forth agent preview the property and see how they handle it.
