Hi all, Received a general lead in Furnished Finder this morning, MTR for construction crews through PCH (Preferred Corporate Housing). 

We like markets in the midwest and southern US, including Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Phoenix, Columbus (OH), Tulsa and others.

We have our monthly meetup this Saturday morning.

I wouldn't target Austin goers since they have a surplus of similar things but Dallas is lacking alot. 

This morning I was quoted the astronomical rate of $325/pile.

I know several California investors buying in Texas, specifically Dallas area, but they are doing a syndication to buy an apartment complex.
