If I am always wondering if my Client will use another Realtor, he/she will never be my first call, will never get me to cancel dinner with my family to show that new listing, will never get me to search outside the MLS, will never get me to spend any real time on you, the risk is too high.For my loyal Clients........I will cancel dinner, Christmas, my birthday, or whatever, to get them what they need.

Last Christmas, I decided to sign up for an appraisal class and get my registration.

Was vacationing there last Christmas.

I go out to park city every year around christmas to snowboard with my brother.

My intention is to move into buying REO bundles as soon as I finish a transaction I am working on which will leave me with a little over $100 million, and that is due to close by Christmas.
