Hi, my name is Tim and I live just north of Portland Oregon in Vancouver, WA. I have been doing real estate since I was downsized from my last job at Hewlett Packard. My doctor told me I couldn't work any more, so I support myself and wife with real estate.

I have done some foreclosure stuff, rehabs and wholesale flips. I tried being a landlord but I think I have an allergy to that. My intention is to move into buying REO bundles as soon as I finish a transaction I am working on which will leave me with a little over $100 million, and that is due to close by Christmas. I have two or three sources that I have checked out, but I think I will be working with Chris (Oklahoma1) as he seems to be a straight shooter, and that business is so full of flakes. So if anyone has any feedback on this please let me know either by responding to this or by email at timpears@comcast. net.

Anyway, between the REO bundles and buying up some commercial properties that is where my business is going. I have had my fill of dealing with "motivated sellers" who really don't want to sell.

So I am glad to have found this forum and I hope I can contribute some. I can talk for hours when I get started on real estate, but for now I will close it here.
