Hi, my name is Tim and I live just north of Portland Oregon in Vancouver, WA. I have been doing real estate since I was downsized from my last job at Hewlett Packard. My doctor told me I couldn't work any more, so I support myself and wife with real estate.

I have done some foreclosure stuff, rehabs and wholesale flips. I tried being a landlord but I think I have an allergy to that. My intention is to move into buying REO bundles as soon as I finish a transaction I am working on which will leave me with a little over $100 million, and that is due to close by Christmas. I have two or three sources that I have checked out, but I think I will be working with Chris (Oklahoma1) as he seems to be a straight shooter, and that business is so full of flakes. Anyway, between the REO bundles and buying up some commercial properties that is where my business is going. I have had my fill of dealing with "motivated sellers" who really don't want to sell.

So I am glad to have found this forum and I hope I can contribute some. I can talk for hours when I get started on real estate, but for now I will close it here.
