It is a newly renovated 3 bed/3 bath in the Palos Verdes School District and the home will be available for rent in early August (about 2-3 weeks before this upcoming fall school start date).Since it's likely a family would consider renting in this area, would posting the listing 3 months in advance of its available date be too soon?

@Rodrigo Dalla Verde First off you need to make sure that the mailing address the HOA has on file is where you actually receive your mail. 

If you live in sections of the San Gabriel Valley, San Fernando Valley, and Palos Verdes, you already know that peacocks roam your streets, squawking at the top of their lungs, defecating all over the place, and causing a general nuisance.

And I go: " Gadamnit woman, I don't send any friggin mailers leave me alo....
