With everything shifting towards wireless technology, I'm curious what technological amenities investors are including in the homes targeting first-time homeowners.

A wireless monitored alarm that can be easily moved later on.

This then lead to locking them into lower rates on their wireless providers, internet packages, and in some cases, credit card processing.  

Being able to park in a driveway and walk in to the property without going to an elevator.For business travelers, it's about having solid wireless high-speed internet, a quiet place to sleep, a kitchen to cook and eat healthy meals, a desk to work at and a home dry cleaning system to clean their work clothes after unpacking them.

It's wireless and portable which lets me move it from rehab to rehab.

There are wireless systems now that record straight to the Cloud which gives you access to the video thru Internet...They are fairly easy to install but some Landlord do hire installers to physically install cameras and help w initial setup..Although the cameras won’t stop them from doing the crime it might deter them once they see property is being monitored.
