Do you wire for cable and ethernet?

When you rehab entry level single family homes, are you providing cable television outlets? What about Cat-6 ethernet connections? With everything shifting towards wireless technology, I'm curious what technological amenities investors are including in the homes targeting first-time homeowners. Thanks!

We do in our new construction homes but not in our flips. Check out the other flip comps in your market and see what they are doing. If they are doing it then I would. If they are not, then it's a cost benefit analysis. What is the additional cost to do it? I would assume if the other comps are not doing it you will not get a higher price and based on that assumption is the cost worth the loss in potential profitability? Best case scenario, you are able to sell for a higher price and you do it in future houses. If not, you have already planned for worst case.
