@Jeff KobernusThat sounds a hair high for a short term policy but it’s not cheap, statistically vacant homes under renovation have way more claims than a standard home owners or landlord policy.

So I heard someone complain that their tenant (a hairdresser) was seeing her clients in the rental unit and that there had been multiple complaints about drains blocked with hair.
