I'm finally getting started with my 1st real rehab project, and I met up with a kitchen cabinet restoration worker yesterday to give me estimates on how much it will cost to restore kitchen cabinets.

I am extremely interested in becoming becoming a residential restorer.

Maybe Trump being a real estate investor will get rid of these stupid rules that hold investors back from restoring neighborhoods. 

The town has been doing ALOT of improvement to its main roads and investors have been buying up large commercial buildings and restoring them to their former glory.

I've started building a RC car track out there (knowing a couple hours of work will restore the land to what it was before). 

Water department is still there trying to restore water service to the block.

This would cover the money lost from rent during the restoration process. 

I now have experience with field inspections, property preservation, renovations, remodeling, restoration, new constructions, lawn care and repairs.

Hey Folks,My insurance company wants to settle for about 1/6th of what I think I am owed between lost rents, clean up and restoration - there is asbestos mitigation involved. 

Within that time period, I started extending my services & interest level in the actual restoration process of the homes.
