I’m looking for some instructions on whole selling information, I’m a novice and I’m attempting to find out how to do the contracting for the house; such as assignment contract and my contract.The bidding of the property, the settlement company, the earnest money deposit; if anyone can help me with this information I would be very appreciative.

I use Excel a lot for work and I thought I was at the least a novice.

Now I am behind on selling the vacant half acre in order to use money toward purchase of the 98K home.As I mentioned, I am a novice investor.
