For instance, in 2008 the southeast quadrant (D10) is SF got hit hard, but this time I think it's much closer to prime and may fall less in value than recent high flyers like the mIssion district.

As for Zillow, I am sales director of a real estate firm owned by the largest construction lender in the southeast, therefore we deal with most of the preconstruction financing and dealing with a good source of investors.
