I'm a good ole Boston Yankee living in southeast Texas (where it doesn't snow) with previous experience in real estate marketing looking to learn and grow into buy and hold investing.

For instance, in 2008 the southeast quadrant (D10) is SF got hit hard, but this time I think it's much closer to prime and may fall less in value than recent high flyers like the mIssion district.

So, I am pumped to meet some new people and continue my education, and I hope to buy a rental property somewhere in the Southeast US in 2016 as a first step!

As for Zillow, I am sales director of a real estate firm owned by the largest construction lender in the southeast, therefore we deal with most of the preconstruction financing and dealing with a good source of investors.

I have also used free downloaded forms from the Apartment Association of Southeast Wisconsin website, and free forms from mrlandlord.com

I live in Parker, Colorado which is a suburb to the southeast of Denver and I am just getting started with real estate investing.
