Newbie from Parker, Colorado

Hello everyone, my name is BrannDon. I live in Parker, Colorado which is a suburb to the southeast of Denver and I am just getting started with real estate investing. In my day job I am a software quality analyst for a biomedical device company where I work in the role of "Scrum Master" for one of our development teams. In my spare time my hobby/passion/obsession is making pens!

My wife and I currently own one rental property that used to be our primary residence and are exploring the possibility of doing some fix and flips and wholesale deals. I am here on BiggerPockets to learn some of the ins and outs of the business since I have relatively little exposure to it up to now. I am also hoping to do some networking with people in my area. I recognize that, next to hard work, a good network is a critical aspect of building any business and I hope to find some great people here to work with.

Hey @BrannDon Albert, I'm on the north side of town. There are a number of good groups in the area and some folks that really want to see you succeed. I'll PM you with the info I have - mostly contacts. I'm in multi-unit, but came from SFH rentals. I haven't completed flips for sale.
