This was the first time in 24 years that I didn't have to clean a blessed thing, I nearly cried when they told me they needed to leave :( When they finally did leave, one of my Sons went with me to check out the empty house, I opened up the stove & it sparkled!

That built in stove is functional, but very out-dated.

There was only an electric outlet for stove, but the gas line was in the basement.

Each unit does have a stove and refrigerator.

The tenant isn't going to pay you $10k if they have a stove fire and set the place ablaze destroying the kitchen.

The kitchen got a cheap makeover with new cabinets, sink, counters, stove, microwave, it changed everything.

By this I mean cleaning unit extensively, buying new stove / refrigerator / blinds.Being new to Airbnb I found their pricing software isn't the best, but there was a website that charges 1% of booking fees and it automates the process of optimizing your rental rates.  

In my mind, there was once a gas stove and replaced with an electric.

If you can add a pot filler over the stove without too much extra expense, it will take the kitchen from builder basic to must have.
