That would make that person a naughty boy/girl but I also know that there are always disagreements between a tax payer and the tax man. ;-) He might have simply contested a bill by his state government and ended up with that lien.

I had a team of 6  boy girl 3 teams.. we knocked every NOD in our 4 county metro area.. over 400 doors a month.. and again we did quite well at it.. they would set it up for me to do the close.

It might still be a bit risky to some, but everything else was checking out on this girl, so I went for it.

To get free you really need to put on the big girl pants, don't make any excuses and find a place to live. 

I lived at home and most of that time didn't have a girl friend lol. 

She signed a lease for 5 people, listed them all on the application, but showed up without the 18 y.o. and said she would not be coming.  .....I wonder what Child Protective Services would have to say about this.It's not the 1980's and we do have FaceTime, and some 16 year old girls seem like they would be VERY trustworthy with things like like this (but not all).Some 16 year old girls are Unwed Mothers and care for their own children, so (???)
