@Brian SchmelzlenThanks for your reply, I was a little worried about the exact thing.Since I don't have immediate plans for expansion, I won't have too much benefit from the added value of planning advise that a lot of CPA here seem to offer.But I also would rather have a CPA with RE experience to do my simple tax prep, without having to spend a decant percentage of my yearly cashflow on it.

I am a Realtor and investor here in Citrus County, and to be honest with you, Crystal River is where the tourists are trying to go, so the closer you can get to Crystal River (short-term rentals are banned in CR from a 2005 ordinance) the better.
