Odor mitigation is also an issue and is quite the art to do effectively.If you do move forward on the property, I highly recommend finding a fire restoration company/contractor to walk the property with you and give you a good understanding as to what needs to be done.I'd be happy to help in any way I can--look at pictures, answer questions, etc.

Also network at high net worth event areas such as country clubs, art galleries, high end car auctions… also depends on how much you plan to raise and for whatIf you can get a 10x most marketing firms would say that is a win - meaning spend $100k in marketing to get $1M raise if you are just starting out with no track record
