Hey BP Members,

After reading through the BP Intro to Real Estate Investing guide, I finally know how I want to proceed.

My goal is to begin by wholesaling multi-family homes in the Los Angeles area, and from there, eventually end up buying and holding multi-family homes.

I wanted to know if there were any seasoned investors in the Los Angeles area who are involved in the same niche and strategy.

I'm pretty dope in the multimedia arts - creating websites, creating graphics, shooting video, taking photos, etc. - and would be able to assist you in those areas.
