You will have to expect a few bumps, on non violent offenders i often use a 3 strike rule, it takes 3 violations before we revoke, they can rarely change old habits overnight, especially if they do not get away from old circles of friends.

@Steve Olafson nothing wrong with cash and cash flow ..... cash allows you to strike when a hot deal comes up.. if your cash is all tied up in cash flow then your kind of stuck for when the great deals emerge and as we know deals are like street cars there is always a next one on the next corner..
