Nice to see that your persistence paid off. 

Just being persistant and not pushy go a long way in my book. 

In Mass, the minimum I'd see, even on an entry level house, would be at least $6,500 - and of course most would be higher.To grow to the volume I could be happy with, I would need 5 years worth of expensive, persistent marketing, just as I did in Massachusetts.  

I admire your persistence though.

But all you need to do is be patient and persistent.

It's important to be ready for some rejections, but persistence is key in this game.

You need to gain experience, make money and while having patience, be consistently persistent.
