But there will always be people like me that know it's wrong and will continue pointing it out.I get ya, Nathan.Like I said, I'm not into it for many reasons, and I discourage clients from being MTR focused- but mainly because the returns are rarely as strong as STR's or some other low hanging fruit opportunities.Out of curiosity and a desire to be knowledgeable, aside from legal and similar ramifications, what do you feel is wrong about it?
