In our areas cheap houses are located in areas that as a single women I am not interested in going in buy myself.

Taxes (NOLO, Landlords), very simple RE calculations by Frank Ganelli (it's called a dumb man and women investing for a reason), 100+ podcasts (I stopped after Josh left, they are all the same), tenant management, negotiation, etc. 

There are plenty of successful men/women here on BP that offer extremely valuable information for FREE. 

Robyn even has a monthly meeting with just the women of the group.

You most likely aren't their only investment client, so their taking the time to understand good investment opportunities in their markets only empowers them to help more of their client base.

I think many women would see all those open shelves and think about how cluttered it would look with all their stuff on display.

You also need to surround yourself with positive people who back your desire to invest and empower you to do well.When we got started in Real Estate in 99, We fired most of our friends because they wanted to hold us back.

They ALWAYS have hot women, hot cars, water (a swimming pool or the ocean), a mansion, and tall drinks with umbrellas in their infomercials.

@Andrew Johnson...as long as you stayed empowered in your decision and owned it; it's all good!
