Hello Everyone!

Im so excited to have joined this site! I am here because of a search I did online for a real estate seminar. I poked around on the site and found it to be interesting and thought it would be very helpful. Currently I am working full time at a Veterans Hospital ( I am a vet myself) and I also have a home staging business. I am seeking to get away from working for someone else, in due time that is. I have a true entrepreneurial spirit and I am mainly here to learn more about how to get started in the whole sale of real estate here in Orlando, Florida. I LOVE real estate and I grew up watching my parents buy and flip. I now want to get more into investing and wholesaling in effort to do what I love as well as secure my future and gain financial freedom. Any suggestions or advice on how to get started would be GREAT. Also anyone that knows any place in the Central Florida area where I can meet and network with investors such as organizations and groups, please feel free to share! I am going to join CFRI (Central Florida Real Estate Investor) in the near future but any other recommended groups would be great. More than anything I look forward to what BP has in store and all that I can learn related to real estate and how to get started. Im hungrier than ever for success and thank you for reading.

I have been a member of CFRI and GOREIA. I like GOREIA a lot better because the owner, Robyn Thompson "The Queen of Rehab', provides awsome training at a very low cost. They even have subgroups that meets monthly and it is very specific training, like landlording. Their monthly meeting is on the 4th Thursday of each month expect for NOV and Dec, which is the 3rd Thursday. They meet at the Hilton in Altamonte Springs.
