Most guests want to be near the action and likely wouldn't be willing to drive the 30 minutes necessary to get out of the Nashville metro to an outlying area.Even so, there are some interesting possibilities outside the metro that could be destinations in and of themselves, especially for outdoor types who would be combining a hunting/fishing trip with some time in the city.If Nashville does successfully ban STR, that would likely drive more demand to the outlying areas.

Says it is mostly a commercial fishing town but starting to attract attention as part of the Tampa area.If houses are that cheap I wouldn't mind buying beachfront and renting out to cover the costs.I just do not want to drop a ton of money for the more premium areas where there is little appreciation left to occur.

But then if fishes were wishes...I would try asking around at the local REIA and/or calling other apt owners in the area, and try to find a partner with a solution/cash for fixes, or someone to do the equivalent of a "subject-to" deal.Good luck!
