I feel like there have been some signs of the same thing starting to happen in Collinwood (Waterloo Arts District) And around the E. 185th Street boarder of Euclid and Cleveland. 

They have to understand where buying nice stuff is worth it (beds, furniture) and where it’s not (lamps, wall art). 

Here are a few neighborhoods worth considering:Montrose: Located near downtown Houston, Montrose is known for its vibrant arts scene, eclectic mix of restaurants, and diverse population.

I go with couches, cushions, curtains, wall art, dining set, and even open a cookbook in the kitchen to a recipe I like!

I have seen some very good ones including an event with free food, fitness classes (YOGA as had a bigger attendance than I would have expected), cooking workshops, and arts and crafts. 

So for wall art we found a bunch of artistic photos of everything to do around here, kayaking, white water rafting, camping, hiking, rock climbing, horse back riding, mountain biking, and motorcycle riding.
