They just shut down a big grower in San Diego that had all their legal paperwork in place a couple of months ago but that was before the latest ruling that it's now legal to cultivate here:http://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/news/politics/...I think when you're on the risky frontier of something new like this, you better be friends with the councilmen because civil asset forfeiture is alive and businesses have been shut down at the drop of a hat.

Subdividing the lot allows the buyer to sell each home separately which may be advantageous basically "buy two at wholesale, sell each at retail"W hat link are you referring to, I didnt see one attached or referenced in your post.

Just throw your hat into a deal as soon as you can calculate all the numbers and feel good to go.

There is a big list of other items including cleaning the curtains they balled up & stuck in a dusty corner, repairing a panel wall where he glued about 50 metal hat hooks for his ballcaps, ripped window shades, really dirty carpet (2 dogs, 2 toddlers).
