Take time to map out your goals before you design the LLC so it will operate for you and be flexible in facilitating your stratigies.

Doing so costs them nothing and if it facilitates the deal and saves them time and money, why not?

As I suspected most credit unions won't lend to out of state investors, ( conversely , none of my local CU's will lend if the property is out of state) Makes me wonder ... since I'm looking to buy property in TN anyway if it might be worth it to try and establish residency there to facilitate more lending opportunities.
