Can I trust the Wholesaler's Closing Attorney?
Hey, just a general question. I noticed on a couple of wholesaler's websites that the buyer must use the closing attorney designated by the wholesaler. I understand that the closing has to be "wholesaler friendly" to facilitate the transaction, but is there a disadvantage to not selecting your own closing attorney for a wholesale deal? Thanks!

Tile insurance cost the same no matter. It’s an attorney that the sellers feels will get the job done. If your closing as agreed not sure there should be a problem. You may be meeting an investor friendly attorney that you could use again by choice.
