Ohio Broker Recommendations for investor-only agents?

I'm considering getting my real estate sales license primarily for the purposes of facilitating my own transactions. I'd like to hear recommendations on brokers to consider that are amenable to this type of non-traditional agent. I can see myself representing other investors on a limited basis, but I want to steer clear of a place that is going to expect me to be on call, attend sales meetings, etc. I read about the Virtual Realty Group, but it appears they are not currently licensed in Ohio. All input welcome!

@David Bardwell

Agents are independent contractors. No one can make you be on call or attend meetings. You don't even have to show up to the office.

Just interview some local offices and tell them that you are an investor and are looking to mostly work your own deals and want to maximize your splits.

At the end of the day, you'll still have to pay dues to the local board of Realtors to gain access to the MLS. Since you don't want to be in the office, you won't have to pay desk fees, but you still might have a monthly technology fee. Since you're going to have a license, you'll also need to pay for continuing education.
