Bryan pretty tough to do in almost all markets.reasons:1. cities counties do not like them.. so they won't permit them to be built they perceive them in many instances of turning into mini Ghettos2. absorption kills you .. 3. as stated above the days of finding used foreclosed single wides for 2 to 5k has come and gone.4. it would have to be all cash not going to get a lender to pop on this unless your a premier client of a smaller commercial bank.you want to buy exisiting and one's that only need a few units to fill up.
