Becky, if you can get a place that is just a bit run down, that only needs cosmetics, you have potential to pick up more equity than if you are competing directly with Mr/Ms Techie Turnkey! 

I did the walk through and it is documented as relates to move in condition.....to quote them, " we love this place Ms.

I sent my house flyers to every welding school and refinery in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Illinois, Tennessee, Indiana. 

I'd be very careful about buying turnkey in Jackson, Ms unless you actually go and see the property and the neighborhood.
