Our goal is to build a portfolio or as I say an "empire" of passive income to provide the cash flow needed for early retire in 15 years, wo we do work on furthering our careers.

Step one to the empire!

It's a rough area but a good location for many lower to lower-middle-class people centralized between LA, Inland Empire and OC.

If you want to expand your business ventures and open a car rental, do so to the general public and don't target those you do business with in other areas of your commercial empire.

What ever you do decide to do education in this field like any field is the key even a college degree in property management or an mba in business could be helpful. you could get a job in a Reit managing apts for a few years then go off and start your empire with experience.

Again, I truly thank everyone for the comments and advice, I love feeding off this energy and it only gives me more motivation to get out there and build my own small empire!
