Hi folks,

I'm a ambitious and pationate young man looking to learn and absorbe all the information possible about REI.

I bought my first Condo in montreal in 2012 that I'm renting out. At that time I wasnt that much into REI so I didint do all the research that I'm doing now, but I tought it was the right way to invest the money that I saved up. So far so good with that Condo.

Now with the market crash, I'm really interested in buying my first Multifamily propertie in the US in Albany, Schenectady, Troy, NY. I'm getting my knowledge up to date with all the Taxes, and as a foreigner buyer. IF YOU GUYS GOT HINT & TIPS I WILL BE GLAD TO HEAR THEM!!!

Btw, this site (community) is FREAKING AWESOME!! Love the people and all the information that you guys are sharing. Thank you very much!

Hope to hear from you

(sorry for my bad english, more of a french dude )
