Couple points on the area:Attractions:- Bethel Performing Arts Centre (outdoor music performances every weekend during the summer)- Short distance to ski hills in the Catskills region- Cute downtown area- Many lakes for summer activities- State parks, walking trails are plentiful.Neighborhood/Property:- Easily accessible to major highways- Residential neighborhood, cute streets and plenty of little cottages for summer getaways- Two bed property, spacious outside area, lots of wildlife aroundWould love some tips, suggestions for purchasing and operating in this area.

They simply want someone with honesty and integrity that is competent in their profession and gets results from doing what they say they will do.Getting the listing is not the hard part.Getting the seller to price realistically and getting to closing to get paid is the art form.A potential client can tell right away when they ask a question if you look away or squirm and are evasive.Not every piece of business will come to you nor will you want it.Good Luck
