We're not taking away the ability to organically connect with people (and we will NEVER take away the ability to connect for free) - just enhancing it!

I will add that I do see a divide in the Millineals where the more financially successful ones tend to spend less time on non-business related social mostly focusing on the use of social media to enhance their lives.

There are so many skills you could study that will enhance you to be a great real estate investor but do not have to touch on the subject of real estate (sales, marketing, accounting, psychology, etc).

Providing value for many of the bigger investors comes with helping them enhance their business, and you'll many times come in as essentially an apprentice! 

That said, there are still some great opportunities here depending on your preferred flavors, and this area remains hugely popular for good reasons (beautiful beaches, great food and nightlife, easy access from airports, proximity to the theme parks, etc).

I have talked to numerous people regarding the turnkey business, and it seems that there are various flavors when it comes to financing.

Having a pre-existing relationship with a U.S. bank will be very helpful, but if you don't have one already, you'll still need to go through the enhanced KYC process to get set up. 

I also managed large teams of contractors on many projects enhancing my ability to evaluate the cost involved in any type of construction work.

It provided zero benefit in enhanced value.
