Hello Everyone,

I am very interested in Note Investing and my passion to learn more about it sparked my interest in the BP forum. I would like to network and grow my business with other Note Investors and real estate professionals.

I have over 8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. I started off with a 3/2 SF house in Portland, OR in 2003. It needed cosmetic repairs so I got a private money lender to invest in me. I hired a team of contractors to fix the house in 2 months and then worked with a local Realtor to sell the house within 3 months. The deal was quite profitable and left me with an appetite to do more projects.

After doing a couple more projects in OR, my husband and I moved to Boston, MA where I pursued my MBA and continued to grow in the real estate field simultaneously. I worked with a local investor on various condo conversion projects, thereby exposing myself to bigger, better projects. I also managed large teams of contractors on many projects enhancing my ability to evaluate the cost involved in any type of construction work. Moreover, I purchased an old three family house and did all the rehab work myself. The property had to be gutted down to the 2x4's and presented a tremendous opportunity for me to learn and eventually manage the contractors efficiently. It took me 6 months to finish the work and it was totally worth it!

Now, I have decided to invest in mortgage notes, preferably co-invest with an experienced investor to learn and grow my business at the same time.

I look forward to developing lasting relationships with like minded investors and be an active member of this community.

Thanks
