If all your properties were about the same value, are you saying set aside enough cash to rebuild a property say every 10 years?

Included is a second unit that is a tear down (will be rebuilding myself).

I will be fine-tuning our rehab estimate over the next few days, but figure at least $500K (to rehab house and demolish/rebuild secondary structure).

One of the benefits I liked was it helped tenants who are trying to rebuild their credit as they can have their payment history reported.This has become a Cozy experience forum, but I do hope @ Carolyn was able to get her matter resolved.So for a small investor starting out, what other affordable rent collection systems are out there that benefits both Landlords and tenants?

Toilets are clean and cost 15 bucks rebuild kit is 20 .

Get a conventional construction to Permanent financing to rebuild.

While insurance might rebuild your property, the bigger issue is the loss of jobs, local businesses, and essential amenities.

Hi, I would like to know what areas in Dallas would be considered most desirable to buy old houses and flip them? Or do a entire new construction (single family homes) over existing old houses?Thanks /M

I don't know the specifics but I heard about a month ago that companies are expanding creating jobs in Detroit core and city is focusing on a few pockets to revitalize and bulldoze and rebuild neighborhoods.. 

Parts of the community are still trying to do some rebuilding for a tornado they had a little over a year ago.
